About the experience

Join us at our workshop and studio space in Dilijan to learn how to turn recycled materials into wearable fashion items and other accessories that you’ll take home with you. We offer different workshops using different materials: clay, recycled paper, recycled plastic, recycled fabric, wool, and felt. We are a community of artisans working to upskill local people through self-education in artisanal skills. All our workshop leaders are local people from Dilijan who have been trained through our adult education program, and who would love to share their crafts with you. After booking your experience with us through this platform, you’ll have the chance to choose which workshop you’d like to experience in our cozy space. We’re located on the main road that leads into the town of Dilijan in Armenia’s Tavush Province. Join us to learn a new craft, take your creation home with you, and enjoy the peace of our town!

Hosted by Natacha

Hi! I’m Natacha, a multi-disciplinary artist originally from Lebanon. Since 2006, I have worked and created in Armenia, where I’ve established the Made-vel-e brand and studio space in the mountain resort town of Dilijan. I believe every individual has the potential to create something beautiful and share it with the world, which is why for the last two years I have collaborated with local artisans in Dilijan to share our knowledge and skills with others who share our values and want to create sustainable incomes through handicrafts. We value recycling and work to limit our use of imported materials. If you share our values and want to learn a new craft, join us at our cozy studio space – we’d love to meet you and create together!
